Yoga during pregnancy is an excellent way to keep fit, improve strength & flexibility and relax your body. It calms your mind and promotes breathing that will be helpful during the birth of a child.

The classes are conducted by a renowned international yoga teacher who is a certified yoga teacher for conducting pre-natal yoga, dynamic flow, group classes, kid’s yoga and yin yoga. The classes are complimentary and are offered twice weekly
