Dr. Aditya Rakhecha is the Head of Department for Paediatrics and Neonatology. He graduated in medicine from the University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi. Following his graduation in medicine, Dr. Aditya obtained his DCH in Paediatrics. He earned his MRCPCH and FRCPCH from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK).
He is interested in clinical research and has presented in several national and international conferences and published articles in various international journals.
Dr. Aditya’s areas of expertise are neonatal medicine, neonatal ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, neonatal transfers, neonatal total body cooling, paediatric cardiology along with acute paediatrics and paediatric echocardiography. He has worked in UK in Paediatrics and Neonatology for more than 10 years and is a British Board Certified in Neonatal Medicine (CCT). He is also registered with the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, GMC-UK, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and Indian Academy of Paediatrics. Dr. Aditya is also an instructor for Neonatal Life Support.
Dr. Aditya is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
